If someone didn’t do his duty and had a bad influence to the team, how will you deal with it?

If something goes wrong because of someone’s breach of duty, blaming doesn’t help. We should calm down and discuss the problem with the team. In my opinion, even after solving the problem, blaming is unwanted, in contrast, it’s better to comfort him and remind him be concentrate more on his responsibility from now on. In addition, I would urge the team not to make the same mistakes in the future. If I am not the leader just try my best to help in any way I can.

How do you get along with people who are unfriendly?

If he is my partner, I am supposed to get along with him even if he is unfriendly. It is unwise to expect him to change the attitude toward me on his own, what I can do is to change my attitude. Therefore, take action! Try to find out why he dislikes me. I would not ask him directly, but look for help from his friends or people who know him well. Once I realize why, I should consider whether it is my fault or it is a misconception. Correct the mistake if I have made it, and if it is a misconception make every effort to explain it.

    How do you persuade others?

I don’t like to persuade others because I believe everyone has his or her own opinion, and we can deal with the same thing in different ways. No one is more right than another.

However, if we are in a team, sometimes we should form a common opinion for a common goal. Be courteous, polite and humble to other team members, and try to understand everyone's perspective. Under most circumstances it's probable someone else has a better idea than me, well then I will take their suggestion. But if I believe my suggestion is the best, I will analyze and compare in detail their ideas with mine. Praise the advantage of theirs first, and then tell them why mine is the best choice.
