As a team, first of all, to encourage everybody to work enthusiastically is important. So we need a common, totally clear and completely understood goal, everybody accepts and is eager to achieve it.

Clarify every member’s duty. Each part of work should be allotted to some member, and avoid overlapping responsibility.

Break the complicated goal into a few small and easy ones, and then we will be clear-headed about steps, keep an eye on the ones who is dropped behind, if someone comes up against troubles, we can work it out together as soon as possible, and then we could control the progress with the timescale.

Furthermore, diversity of skills and personality should be taken into account. Maybe we find someone does well in some aspect but seems to be weak in another. It is better to reassign work to companions according to this. Thus, people can use their strength in full, and compensate others' weakness. That will make the team more efficiency as a whole.

Inspiration is an indispensable part of teamwork. To keep encouraging colleagues is necessary, or people will lose passion easily. No one likes to feel lonely, so I would like to acquaint myself what others are doing and how they are contributing to the organization, and try to talk with them about their status, opinions and moods.
